Learning to Fly
Interested in getting started with RC flying? You don’t need years of experience or expensive equipment to begin. At Wheat City Aero Modelers, we help new pilots learn the basics in a safe and supportive environment.
Our members can help you with:
-understanding the Canadian rules that apply to your aircraft
-choosing the right beginner-friendly aircraft or drone
-understanding field etiquette and safety
-learning basic flight controls and setup
-building confidence before flying on your own
